Health and Wellbeing Coaching

I can help you make positive and lasting changes to your health and fitness. I will guide you through the process of creating a vision for your health and well-being, as well as developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits, and I will encourage you every step of the way to help you accomplish your goals.

 

I will help you to assess your current physical and emotional state, and help you set goals for what you want to achieve in your overall wellness and health by working with you on plans of action to reach these goals.

About the programme
Over the four weeks I will provide you with tools and techniques you need to get started on your journey to better health and wellbeing, as well as ways to embed good habits and behaviours.

  • This programme will help you feel more confident

  • I will help you work through personal body image issues

  • I will give you the tools and techniques to understand your food and exercise needs

  • It will set a foundation on which you can build

  • It will stop you from repeating the same mistakes with your health and fitness

  • It will give you the best chance of success in achieving your goals

 

What the service includes
Four weeks of 121 coaching which focuses on what you need to do to help change your mindset, as well as your current habits and behaviours when it comes to fitness and fat loss. It will provide you with a foundation on which to build from. This is the beginning of your journey.
 

What is also included:

  • Goal setting

  • Food behaviour analysis

  • Weekly check ins

  • End of programme 121 review

  • 121 coaching - to help you gain clarity about what you want, improve your confidence, help you to overcome obstacles, create a plan to reach your goals

  • Nutritional coaching - provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to understand your relationship with food, and create better eating habits. With weekly check ins and monthly reviews to help you stay on track

  • Access to my online private members area which is chock-full of valuable specific topic-related information, downloadable resources, and much more

  • Access to my private Fit Club Crew Facebook group getting the support of others who are on the same journey
     

Options available

  • Option 1: Health & Wellbeing coaching only

  • Option 2: Health & Wellbeing coaching, plus tailored training programme

  • Option 3: Health & Wellbeing coaching, plus 121 Personal Training sessions

 

When the programme finishes
If you wish to continue your journey, and build on the foundations you have created then you will have the opportunity to join the Fit Club crew.
