Hi I'm El and I'm a fitness and health coach, specialising in perimenopause and menopause fitness who's full swing into her menopause! Hell yeah! When I was 43, due to a dermoid cyst, I had abdominal surgery to remove my ovaries and fallopian tubes. And like a lightning bolt, I started with menopause symptoms 12 weeks post-surgery!

Wowsers - experiencing night sweats alongside hot flashes for the first time was quite something! Never changed outfits so many times in one day!! I'm not going to lie - the menopause for me has been a helluva roller coaster ride! And continues to be so. Some downs, many ups with a few curve balls along the way.
But you know what - I'm a better person for it, as it's made me REALLY look at me. Sounds a bit daft when you say it out loud, but it really has! I've taken the time to find out what my body is doing and why, and why I feel like I do. And I want to help other females over 40 to celebrate and not commiserate this next phase of their life.


From my experience and from others I have spoken to, the menopause shouldn't be seen as the slow creep into old age...hell no!! It's just the next phase of our life and I am here to help you be just as fabulous, if not more so, throughout your menopause years.
