Karen has been lifting weights regularly since she joined the Crew and the difference in her shape and strength has been amazing.
She has been consistent with her training and the results are obvious to see.
Weight training has also helped to strengthen Karen's core as she is prone to back pain.
No massive changes to her eating either – just a few tweaks here Karen now has a better understanding of her nutrition, and has still been able to have a cheeky gin (or three)!
Weight training makes you bulky…errr no it doesn’t!
