The changes in Nicky since she started weight training have been phenomenal.
Not only has she seen changes to her body shape but the progress she has made to her mobility, flexibility, posture and strength have been absolutely fantastic.
She has really embraced lifting weights and its now regular part of her fitness regime.
Structure and flexibility.
Now Nicky has been working from home since the start of the pandemic so she joined iron Maidens so she had both home and gym workouts to choose from. This means she has the structure and flexibility to train when she chooses from where she chooses.
Consistency and progress.
Consistency has been the key to Nicky’s progress, thanks to being part of the Iron maidens crew.
It’s been a pleasure working with Nicky to help her prioritise health and wellbeing, as well as work on her strength training.
