Hi I'm El, a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and women's health & wellbeing coach with a passion for supporting women through perimenopause to post menopause.

My journey into menopause wasn't exactly conventional. Nine years ago, I underwent a midline laparotomy to remove a pesky dermoid cyst that had taken residence inside me, wreaking havoc on my ovaries along the way.

Little did I know, this would catapult me into a medically induced menopause faster than I could say "hot flash!"

Navigating through the ups and downs of menopause opened my eyes to the lack of resources and support available for women during this transformative period.

While expecting a baby comes with a plethora of guidance and support, facing menopause often leaves us feeling stranded without a roadmap.

But here's the thing – menopause isn't the end of the road; it's a new beginning. It's a time to reclaim control of our health and wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.

And that's where I come in.

With my personal experience and professional expertise, I'm on a mission to empower women with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive during menopause and beyond.


As the co-chair of a staff menopause network in a large public sector organisation and through my collaboration with the government menopause champion, Helen Tomlinson, I've gained valuable insights into the corporate landscape and the importance of improving menopause support in the workplace.

Through personalised coaching, practical advice, workplace training and tailored fitness programmes, I'm here to guide you on your menopause wellness journey.
