​What you need to do:

• Download the app Zoom from your app store

• Register and remember your password!

On the day of the rave:

• Log onto Zoom, 5 or so mins before the class is due to start, by clicking on the link https://zoom.us/j/841819742

• This will take you directly to the Clubbercise area.

• You will be automatically muted on entry to the class.

Having problems connecting?

• If you have a weak Wi-Fi connection then a red square will show in the corner of your screen.

• The quality of your stream will also depend on who else is using the Wi-Fi in your house. So if you have anyone online gaming or streaming then you could ask them to hold off until you've finished raving!

IT Support​

• If you experience any problems whilst in Zoom then please message “IT Support Kelly” directly in the Chat area and she will be able to help you.

• 'Chat' automatically interacts with all participants but you can select 'IT Support' in the drop down list for 121 support.
