There have been times when I just haven’t been looking are myself properly - I haven’t managing my sleep and stress levels, my exercise, or my nutrition.

From time to time we get completely lost in what we should be doing for ourselves. And it’s important to have someone else to be accountable to.

I’ve worked with trainers and women’s health specialists since I hit menopause and it’s made a HUGE difference to my wellbeing, physically, emotionally, and mentally.

It’s made me more aware of when I’m not looking are myself properly. And it’s also given me someone to talk to about what’s happening with me. This has help enormously to get my head back in a good place.

About the programme.

I’ve put together this programme to really help those of you who are going through hormonal changes, to have someone look after you.

We are constantly giving our energy to others, and always looking after everyone else.

What the programme involves.
Starting in January, the 4-week programme is £100 and includes:

A weekly video call.

There will be a video call via each week, where I will be giving you specific information about how the menopause impacts your fitness, your nutrition, your sleep, your stress levels, your hormones as well your fat loss, and what you can do about it.

This is also an opportunity, as a group, to…

  • talk about how you are getting on with your goals and any barriers you may be having.

  • share you story so you know you’re not on your own.

  • be supported, not judged, and feel part of a community.

a 121 progress catch up.

This can be at the start, middle or end of the programme (your choice) to check in to see how you are getting on, just to check progress against your goals.

an individual exercise plan.
You will also receive a tailored training plan based on your needs.  This plan will ensure you are exercising to help manage your symptoms, as well as improve all areas of your fitness.

  • So if you already have an exercise regime, then we will look at what else you can incorporate to ensure you are covering all aspects of menopause fitness.

  • Or if your goal is fat loss, then your programme will be aligned to assist with that.

  • Or, if you are currently not doing any planned exercise, then it will help to get you moving.
