Meet Claudia

Claudia signed up to my fitclubwithel 1:1 membership, to lose body fat and gain better technique, structure and discipline to her fitness regime through using weights.

Continued health journey.

By working on a 1:1 level, we worked on Claudia's technique  and form through the weekly 121 PTs.

Claudia really embraced being part of the fitclub crew and it was a pleasure to work with her.


Creating a great foundation.

The progress she has been fantastic and set her a great foundation on which she is now building upon.


Claudia has introduced some really great habits into her daily life through her fitness regime, as well as managing stressful situations.
