Meet Kelly

Kelly has been consistent with her nutrition, weight training programme and general overall movement - whilst also ensuring her new habits aren’t impeded by her hectic life of work and family commitments…she sees the results of her dedication, consistency and hard work.

Changes

Kelly has seen MAJOR changes in her body composition and shape, and she is so much stronger - lifting HEAVY!!!!

Daily habits

She has also introduced daily yoga which has improved her flexibility and mobility immensely.

Managing stress

Kelly holds a lot of stress and tension in her neck and upper body which we have been working on to help ease her tendency to get migraines. By regular trigger release and her daily yoga, plus the introduction of coping mechanisms she is now managing this with incredible success.

I absolutely love working with Kelly and find her enthusiasm, commitment and dedication in achieving her goals quite awe inspiring.
