The results Laura has seen from when she first started weight training are incredible, and I'm so proud of everything she has, and continues to achieve.
She has improved her overall physical strength, her fitness levels have improved and she is now an avid hill walker!
By introducing weight training into her exercise regime Laura is stronger and fitter both mentally and physically.
As a full time working working mum to a teenager, Laura has adapted her training to suit her lifestyle to give her the flexibility she needs to make sure she's consistent with her training, nutrition and her me time.
I have also worked with Laura on bringing in coping mechanisms to manage her stress levels, which can have an impact on her health and wellbeing.
